LEGACY SOCIETY BENEFICIARY
The Las Patronas Legacy Society was established to honor and thank supporters who have included the Las Patronas Directed Endowment in their charitable bequests and estate plans or who have made a direct donation of $10,000 or more to the endowment. All Legacy Society members are recognized at Las Patronas events and in our publications.
Our Legacy Society is proud to support this year’s recipients – Pershing Middle School Foundation and Meals-on-Wheels La Jolla.
Essential musical equipment– vihuelas and guitarrons – supports the new Mariachi program at Pershing Middle School in San Carlos, promoting cultural heritage, music education, and community engagement.
Pershing Middle School seeks to enhance the student experience by providing music education that deepens students’ musical skills through broad participation at both the beginning and advanced levels. Funding Mariachi instruments is an investment in lasting cultural education, ensuring generations of students experience Mariachi in its most authentic and inspiring form through a program that fosters pride, inclusivity, and cultural understanding.
Critically needed desktop PC enables Meals on Wheels Greater La Jolla to execute its critical mission of delivering meals to homebound seniors and disabled persons.
For over 40 years, Meals on Wheels Greater La Jolla has promoted independent living for homebound seniors and disabled persons by providing nutritious meals and caring visits in La Jolla and surrounding neighborhoods. A new office desktop PC is essential to the continued operational success of this critical service.
